There is a small sign up fee of $49.99 to cover the time spent reviewing the questionnaire and creating the initial plan.
You can expect to receive the program within 2-3 business days after payment has been made and the questionnaire and all other documents are returned.

There are NO REFUNDS once payment has been made. You may not transfer service, either.
This package REQUIRES a commitment of 6 months.
The coaching plan will roll over to a month to month agreement at the same rate after the initial 6 months finishes and requires a 30-day notice to cancel.
All coaching is done through the use of email and online communication. There are no in-person meetings.
