TONS OF MOTIVATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY

  • You will have 24/7 ACCESS to your coach
    • If you have any questions, concerns, or comments, the door is always open.
    • All emails are answered within 24 hours (excluding some holidays).
  • LIFETIME membership in our Facebook Community.

  • MANDATORY CHECK-INS 2 TIMES PER WEEK (Monday and Thursday)
    • Daily (Monday-Friday) check-ins are allowed if needed.

    • Includes tracking your weight, measurements, and other important variables.

    • Receive 1 sample meal plan to get you started quickly.
  • Allows for ultimate flexibility while dieting.
  • Education, support, and guidance on how to properly track your intake.
  • Unlimited adjustments to the diet depending on how you are progressing.

INDIVIDUALIZED TRAINING PROGRAM

  • Frequency and volume that matches your current ability and goals.
  • Recommended exercises that fit your current skill level.
  • Full cardio routine (if needed) and instructions on how to perform them.

Please note that phone consultations/text messages are not provided in the coaching price (unless otherwise noted) and can be provided for an additional fee.

*** There are NO refunds/transfers of service on diet and/or training programs sent.

NO EXCEPTIONS. There is a $50 cancellation fee if an order is refunded before the diet/training program is sent.
