THE PERFECT TIME TO DIET

Here is a recurring topic I get from potential or current clients that I need to address.

Many people are often concerned with the “perfect time to diet.”
They are hesitant to start because of an upcoming life event, a vacation, a work trip, an injury, a move, a career change, etc.

Here’s the thing, there IS NOT a PERFECT time to diet and do you know why?
It’s because the changes that you REALLY need to be making, need to be LIFESTYLE changes and these sorts of obstacles are going to occur in your life.

What are you going to do in those situations when they arise?

Just because you are seeking to be coached or plan to diet on your own for 12, 24, or 52 weeks, does not mean that once it is over that you can just go right back to your old habits because guess what?
You will probably go right back to where you were before.

Here is my advice, if you want to improve your life through nutrition and exercise there is no better time than NOW.

Stop waiting for that “perfect time” because the perfect time does not exist
