Protein Donut

PROTEIN DONUT RECIPE

Ingredients:
– 4 egg whites (1 cup)
– 1/2 cup rolled oats (40g)
– 1 medium banana (100g)
– 1/2 scoop protein powder
– 1/2 tsp baking powder

Toppings:
– Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup
– Sprinkles (10g)

Directions:
– Blend oats in blender to make flour
– Add in all other ingredients and blend together
– Spray pan and pour into donut cooking sheet
– Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
– Sit and let cool
– Top with your toppings
